Congratulations on your decision to relocate to Wilmington. It is an incredibly unique and wonderful place to live.

I have lived here since 1992 coming from the DC/Northern Virginia area and Boston. I have also lived in upstate New York, the Midwest, and have traveled quite a bit internationally. Prior to my twelve years in real estate, I worked for seven years as an account manager in the Advertising and Marketing fields.

I have sold real estate in Wilmington for 23 years and have built a successful business almost entirely on referrals - a testament to my intelligence, honesty and service orientation. My job is not to sell you, but to provide you with enough information for you to make a smart, informed decision. I love outdoor fitness and enjoy cycling, swimming, running and yoga.

Although I have listed and sold properties throughout the tri-county area and in all price ranges, I enjoy assisting in corporate relocation. I have a personal affinity for older homes even though I recently moved into a new home with boating access.
