Background
Jennifer Gaines was raised in the beautiful area of Brunswick,
Georgia called "Golden Isles", which is near St Simons Island & Jekyll Island.
Jen is a rare combination of "numbers geek - people person"
having earned a B.S. (Albany State University) and Master's degree
(Walden University) in Accounting, and a second Master's degree
(Troy State University) in Public Administration. This devoted mother
of 3 sons and grandmother of 2 carved out a very successful 23-year
corporate career in the area of accounting and finance, lending her
skills and expertise to some very prestigious companies throughout
South Georgia before relocating to the Atlanta area in 2013.
In 2018, Ms. Gaines, decided to expound on her keen desire to assist
others with obtaining financial stability and building wealth with real
estate by securing her real estate license. Her commendable
educational background combined with her robust and vast career
experience and very outgoing, "never met a stranger" personality has
provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate
negotiations and educating home-buyers and sellers on the importance
of mortgage preparation and financial literacy/personal finance.

Specialist, First Time Homebuyer Expert, and Brokers Price Opinion
Expert, is fully equipped to serve a wide range of clients and has hung
her license with the amazing team of EXIT Realty Quality Solutions in
Metro Atlanta, since 2022.

Jen understands the importance of connectivity on a professional level
and is an active member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA).
She also has a very busy and productive personal and social life serving
as a Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. since 1994, and is a
Founding Member and Treasurer for her beloved college's
undergraduate Alumni Chapter. Ms. Gaines volunteers with several
church groups and events, enjoys making small films with her film
group, traveling to beaches, visiting wineries, dancing, exercising,
reading, live music, and socializing with family and friends.
