I’m very new to the real estate world but I’ve learn so much about retaining and securing buyers. It’s all about the connection and bond you built with your buyers or sellers. Consistence also plays a big role as you always got to make sure that they are comfortable and understanding of the process. The more I experience the more I learn it.

Jennifer and her team go above and beyond for their clients. From start to finish I have nothing but A+++ to say about this team. I've never seen people that bust their butts as much as these women do! I was lucky enough to get to bug Jennifer for months as the house was being built and by the time we closed I was convinced she barely even had time to sleep. My job keeps me up 24 hours most days and Jennifer and I have had discussions at 4 am and as late as midnight or later because she was always working for her clients. ALWAYS!! I used to joke and tell her she must be superwoman because she worked so hard and always pulled it off no matter the hurdles she had to clear. Not only did she make it easy and as painless as possible, but several times her team discovered ways to save us significant amounts of money with the builder or the bank by negotiating on our behalf. Jennifer will always be my one and only call when we need an agent, advisor, need a recommendation or have a question. We got everything we wanted in our new home and gained a family friend in the process. This GPP team will always have my respect, my business, and my support because they earned it 10xs over. They will earn it for you too, and anybody that gets on this page and leaves a negative review like the one above me is full of boloney!
