Jennifer Goorchenko

Jennifer Goorchenko has worked full time in Real Estate for over 25 years, and has been a licensed Realtor® for the past 23 years. In January of 2018, Jennifer accepted the Team Manager position with Vista Sotheby's International Realty for their Redondo Beach office. She’s worked with many of the top agents in the South Bay, and in 2000 decided to partner with her mother, Vicki, to form The Goorchenko Real Estate Team.

She joined the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors® (PVPAR) in 2004 when she moved from Moore and Associates in Hermosa Beach to Keller Williams Palos Verdes Realty. Shortly there after she decided to take a chance on an opportunity, and moved out of state.

Jennifer then spent 4 years living in Alaska, working as a licensed Realtor® in both Alaska and California on a daily basis. From over 2,300 miles away, and peppered with trips from Alaska to California and back, Jennifer wrote and negotiated contracts for her clients in California, and did almost all of same work you would expect from a Realtor ®(except showing property!).

Since returning to California for good, she has been active with the PVPAR, her office, and her community. In her spare time, Jennifer fosters dogs (special needs & senior pooches have a special place in her heart), tries to follow along in pilates classes, and makes the best chocolate cake ever.
