Not only is Jen a fantastic real estate agent, she is also a talented designer! I hired Jen to design two new bathrooms as part of my house remodel project. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and then put together a beautiful design plan that fit into my budget. She was so patient with all my questions and guided me through the design process. My bathrooms turned out gorgeous!!! I could not be happier!

We sold my condo in downtown Kirkland in one day. And I credit Jennifer for that speedy sale at full price.

We have sold many properties and Jennifer was a delight to work with and outstanding . She is smart, completely dedicated, and works incredibly hard to make sure that your house looks amazing! Attention to details is what sets her apart from many others.

The condo needed a bit of updating, of course I didn't want to spend much money. Jennifer listened to my concerns, and did an amazing job of updating it within my budget. Condo looked incredible. I didn't even recognize it.

One of the things I appreciate most about her is, I would push back on an idea. She would listen, be respectful, and explain why she wanted to do it. Sometimes we found middle ground but most of the time I went with her idea! Thank goodness.

If you're looking for an agent who actually cares about your home, Jennifer is the one to hire.

As a non-professional long-term investor in the difficult circumstances of the central Seattle real estate market in 2020 and 2021 I carefully considered my options in selling my investment property. Property owners have the widest choices ever available in marketing property from do it yourself, person-to-person, direct sale to an investment company, countless online channels and the more traditional real estate agent and agency representation. Jen did a fantastic job of getting our house ready and taking us through the whole process. She staged the house with our own furniture and when she was done we didn't even recognize it! Throughout the process she worked tirelessly at all hours to make sure the house always looked its best and we had lots of interest. In the end, we were thrilled with the offers we got and the advice we got along the way. We also worked with Jen to find our new home and she was invaluable throughout the process. She helped us find the house of our dreams, worked through the offer process and especially through the inspection process where we were able to get significant work done by the sellers.
