To be honest, I was not team “hire a realtor” at first. I was convinced my family could handle selling my grandmother’s home ourselves like how hard could it be, right? Thankfully, my sister talked me into meeting Jennifer, and I’m so glad she did.

From day one, Jennifer was on it. She walked us through every step, made sure we actually understood what to expect, and most importantly, proved we could sell the home for more than my DIY confidence thought possible. That first meeting I was still skeptical, but she won me over with patience, knowledge, and a game plan that actually made sense.

And the results? She had our home closed in TWO weeks. I still can’t believe how fast and smooth everything went. I asked a million questions, and even when she didn’t have an answer immediately, she found it and got back to me without missing a beat.

I’m genuinely grateful we worked with her and would recommend Jennifer to anyone. She’s professional, hardworking, and definitely a woman about her business with just enough personality to make the process enjoyable. 😊

Jennifer Gregory is (THE) ON TIME Calvary realtor!!! Exceptional customer service, detailed oriented, consistent, reliable and clear comunicator ! I’m a military service member and In July 2022 I received orders to transfer to the Space Force in DC with in 25 days. I immediately called around to any old battles in the area and asked if they knew a realtor and by luck one of them gave me Jennifer’s contact. I reached out to her and she reached back and discussed what my options were she asked me what I needed and in the time line I had. Upon my arrival in the DMV Jennifer met with me and had 10 listings in different styles locations and she drove us. Taking note each time of what I like the most of homes - SHE LISTENED - and kept tabs and in less than a week she found me my forever home!!! What was amazing about working with her as a service member was that I had to leave and trust that we would be closing virtually. She took care of it ALL. While I was away she made contact with alarm company helped me set them up , got temporary window covers on the home so that it didn’t look abandoned while I was able to pack me and the family to head to Maryland. We closed in 12 days and I had the keys 🔑 in hand on the evening of the 13th day.
