Jennifer Griest is a Managing Broker based in Spokane, Washington, with over two decades of experience helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home. She started her real estate journey in 2003 as a front-desk receptionist and quickly realized that real estate isn’t just about contracts and keys—it’s about people.
Licensed since 2004, Jen has done it all—sales, leadership, coaching, and managing over 150 agents during her time as a Branch Manager. She returned to full-time sales because helping clients one-on-one is where her heart is. Now, with her Managing Broker license in Washington, she continues to bring calm, clarity, and a good dose of reality to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Jen is a mom of three and a proud grandma who thrives on family time, disc golf, sprint car races, and the occasional crossword puzzle obsession. She also serves on the Spokane Association of REALTORS® Grievance Counsel to uphold ethics in the industry she still believes in.
