Jennifer hardy is the best. I had a complex issue with a reverse mortgage and my mothers estate. When I met her I was filled with anxiety because I was about to lose it to a foreclosure and auction. She stepped in and from the minute I met her she was working in it. I was weeks away from getting it auctioned off. She took care of eveything. And she sold it within 10 days for asking price.I would recommend Jennifer for anyone selling or buying a house. She is the best. There is no better real estate agent and no better person

There just isn't enough I can say about my journey with Jennifer. Last year when I wanted to buy my first home Jennifer found several different properties for me to view. She was able to get me into properties that were difficult to see because they had tenants residing in them, but she still overcame those obstacles and did what it took to view them. Finally we found a property and made an offer. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain the financing and I had to release the house from escrow. I felt so bad because she had done so much work and everything fell through due to no fault of hers. She never complained about all the work even after it was clear there would be no final sale. A year later I found another property I was interested in and contacted her again. She was super helpful getting me an appointment to view the property when I had difficulty getting it myself. We ran into some difficulties and her persistence and advocacy helped my secure the property. I am now sitting in my brand new home and I just couldn't have made it this far without her expert help, patience and guidance. She has given me excellent service with a positive attitude even through adversity. Jennifer certainly turned out to be the right real estate agent for me and I would highly recommend her.

We met Jennifer during an open home she was in charge of. We told her what we were looking for and the location we desired.
We had spoken to numerous agents with the same information. Jennifer was the only one that kept in contact with us.
Not only did she find us the perfect home and location, she made the entire transaction go by without a problem.
After she found our new home, we had her list our existing home. She got us top dollar and closed the deal to match the closing date of our new home.

My wife and I met Jennifer at an open house in Seaside, we actually had another realtor in mind at the time and just happened to go into this open house that she was hosting. We chatted for about 30 minutes and we exchanged info. As the weeks followed she would send us info on homes for sale, with no pressure at all, one day we said "we really like this person lets look at one of the homes she listed. Wow, are we glad we did, Jennifer was amazing, we were first time home buyer and we had lots of concerns and fears as to what to buy, how much we could afford etc. she was patient, funny when we needed it and just super knowledgeable about all our questions. She has a great sense of "what it is people are really looking for" within their budgets. Her kind transparent attitude was so refreshing. Jennifer made a (what some would at times call a stressful experience) fun and exciting. She's great for first time home buyers, we would absolutely recommend her and use her again in the future!
