Before Covid hit, I wanted to list my condo and asked Jennifer to take a look and let me know what needed to be fixed/changed before listing to increase the odds of it selling. She gave excellent advice and I took what she said on board.

Covid obviously delayed proceedings by a few months but once I was ready to officially list it, I contacted Jennifer again. She pulled out all the stops to list it as quickly as possible as I was planning to be out of town a week later, making it ideal to have showings while I was away. She went above and beyond to get it photographed and listed in less than a week!
It listed on Friday afternoon and had multiple offers in less than 24 hours. By Monday it was under contract.

I couldn't have asked for anything better! She is responsive, detailed and kept me updated all the way. The advice she gave me prior to listing was invaluable and I honestly believe contributed to the quick sale. She knows her stuff, what looks good, what sells, how to stage for the photographer.

Do yourself a favor and get her working on your listing and take her advice. That will get your home looking the best it can for listing and sold!
