After years in retail sales and management, in 2009, I decided I was ready for a change of pace and got my real estate license. My timing could not have been worse though as the market was crumbling in the United States. So I put my newly obtained license on hold and for the next 8-years pursued an enjoyable career in Property Management.
Fast forwarding to 2015, I moved back to my hometown of Colville, WA. Deciding that it was time to give my original dream in real estate a try, I picked a local office and hung my license. I continued to manage a portfolio of residential rental properties as well as dive into the sales market. My second year in real estate I was a Top Producer in sales!
My knowledge of the Colville area is a genuine benefit for anyone who needs direction to neighborhoods in town as well as to surrounding or outlying locations. I love working residential transactions with both buyers and sellers and find joy in watching people have success with their purchase and sale. Also, having just personally purchased a piece of land, I can walk any buyer through the various stages of property development.
