Jennifer Helman

Jennifer has worked in real estate for more than a decade in North Carolina and Maine. Her previous career was in event planning and she's found she loves both because of the similarities. They are both financial commitments with emotional considerations. What she finds most satisfying is taking her clients' vision and making it a reality. Jennifer lives on Swan's Island year-round with her fiance Dale Joyce. They have only been here a few years, but his family has been on the island for 200+ years, so they have a vested interest in the future of the community. She has two teenagers who work in island businesses over the summer and attend the Maine School of Science and Math the rest of the year. She also owns a boutique motel on the island, handles the sales and marketing for Dale's professional photography businesses, and bows to every whim for her 3.5 pound Yorkie-Pom named Tribble.
