I grew up in the Northern Kentucky and moved across the river to Cincinnati as a young adult. This experience gives me a depth of knowledge of the entire Greater Cincinnati marketplace & gives a unique advantage for my clients.

Starting out in real estate in 1996 I worked in commercial real estate and had a very fulfilling and satisfying career with a commercial real estate developer; I decided to make a change in 2018 and focus on residential. It has been the best professional decision as I love the personal relationships that are involved with helping people buy and sell their homes.

As anyone looking at houses right now knows, everything about real estate is a nightmare at the moment. Jennifer Hemmelgarn was willing to go above and beyond to help us fit house showings into our schedule, which was mostly on nights and weekends. We were sometimes out looking at places four times a week and for several hours at a time, but she was always willing to oblige.

We got fairly deep into the process on a townhouse we were looking at, when the appraisal came back lower than anticipated, and the seller was very upset. We attempted to negotiate, and Jennifer even offered to lower her commission to help make the difference work.

We didn't end up reaching an agreement, and we moved on, going back to looking at houses for another month or so. Jennifer was positive the whole time, despite this process being full of bumps. We eventually found and had an offer accepted on a house, and once again she was great all through the process, responding to emails and texts quickly and always overcommunicating.

Would definitely recommend Jennifer Hemmelgarn to anyone in need of a realtor willing to go above and beyond!
