Where do I begin? We’ve been working with Jennifer since late 2022. We were at Fort Riley, Kansas and needed help looking for a rental home in the northern Virginia area. We had discovered Jennifer from a webinar recording where she was giving advice and tips to military spouses moving to the DC area. We were impressed with her experience, intelligence, and passion as a realtor. From across the country, Jennifer and her team were always active and helped us secure a perfect rental.

Well, after living in the area for a few years and deciding on retiring here, we continued working with Jennifer to find and purchase a home. The housing market here in Northern Virginia is extremely competitive so we had to be patient. But no matter what, Jennifer was always active, communicative, and available to get us information and meet us for home tours. Finally, today we closed on our forever home. This is very meaningful and special for us as a military family setting roots. As a previous active duty spouse, Jennifer gets it.

The entire process of bidding on the home, purchasing the home, and closing it has been seamless and easy. Jennifer and her team are literally the best at what they do. Her finance team member Geetesh was also extremely informative and helped us secure one of the lowest rates in the market.

Jennifer becomes not just your realtor but a dedicated partner and now friend. She’s so fast at replying to texts and phone calls. Even now as the purchase is done, I know I can still easily contact her with questions or concerns. Jennifer and her team will forever be who we recommend to find you a home in this area.

Jennifer Hernandez is the most patient realtor I have ever met. I have been speaking with her long distance off and on for about two years. She has shown me properties via FaceTime when I could not get down to VA, and in person. Jennifer is extremely thorough. I had created my own checklist and she has been really diligent in inspecting those items that were especially important to me. This year, Jennifer checked out a property for me on Mothers Day.
I have been indecisive, to say the least, about moving to Virginia, renting vs buying, and Jennifer has always been kind and professional and has always promptly answered my emails. I am sorry that I have not been able to fully follow through the purchasing process but if I ever make this move, I will be contacting her.

She wasn’t working with me just to get a sale and do business, instead she actually wanted what’s best for me and supported every decision I made. Jennifer IS THE ADVOCATE everyone needs in their corner when looking to buy or rent a home!
She is extremely educated on the market and helped us to navigate renting or buying with a VA loan. She helped me to remain patient throughout the process and the Insane housing market 🤯! She went over and beyond what many agents would be willing to do. The moment I told her I was interested in a property she was contacting the seller for details and setting an appointment to view the home virtually. YES, I said virtually! We were unable to visit the area and depending heavily on Jennifer to provide a brutally honest assessment. She would drive the neighborhoods and send us videos so we could see all aspects of the neighborhood and the home.

She never got frustrated with my Crazy, lol. And I thought I was extremely annoying, lol. I was so stressed, like so many military families are when they are trying to secure a home among all the chaos. Jennifer was empathetic to our stress and had lived through 16 PCS’s of her own. My family had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer throughout the years. Our first experience was buying our first home in Alexandria in 2019, it was an extremely seamless process and we felt very comfortable going through it the first time with Jennifer by our side.

Our most recent real estate excursion had the potential of being extremely risky and stressful, but thanks to Jennifer, it all worked out perfect as planned! Jennifer is the best!! I had been working with another agent with another company for a few months last year. The experience was so off-putting, I retracted an offer and decided to put off my search to regain some semblance of calm. The rental property I was living in at the time was on the market and had many showings. Jennifer, who I didn’t know at this point, was showing the place to her clients. Overhearing her professionalism and care with them and her being so considerate of me and my space while I was there, I snapped a pic of her card when she left and vowed she’d be my new agent when I was ready to jump back into the market. A few months later I reached out and it was the best decision I could have made. She was patient, personable, professional and made me feel like she’d always advocate for me, something I hadn’t had with my previous agent. I highly recommend Jennifer Hernandez to help you find your next home. She helped my wife and I buy our first house. While we have no plans to move of it, the house she helped us find is perfect, Jennifer will be the first person we’ll call if we ever do feel like moving. Jennifer turned the daunting home-buying process into one over which we felt we had control. She was patient with us, answered our questions quickly, and never pressured us into anything. Very early on she told us we should never talk ourselves into a house. The right house for us will be the one we know is right.
