About Jennifer

Jennifer Hibbard is co-owner of Twins & Co. Realty, with her twin sister, Christie Kinchen. Jennifer and Christie are 4th generation real estate agents in Arizona. They opened their boutique firm in 2009 and have 4 licensed agents within the brokerage.

Jennifer is a Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P Carey College of Business, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing in August 2001. Jennifer is the designated broker for Twins & Co. Realty. Professional designations include GRI, ABR, CDPE, Eco-Broker and SFR. She has been practicing real estate since January 2002.

Jennifer lives in South Scottsdale. She coined the term ‘So Sco’ to describe vintage-cool South Scottsdale. She is married to Matthew Hibbard, who joined Twins & Co. Realty in December 2014. They have 2 children. She has always been an early adopter of new technologies, but loves the simplicity of a mid-century lifestyle. Jennifer enjoys everything old: houses (especially mid-century modern and historic), cars, clothing, movies, lifestyle, and music. She collects vintage clothing and accessories, especially 1950-1960s clothes. Jennifer has a fondness for classic cars and enjoys driving her all-original 1959 Cadillac Coupe Deville, 1957 Chevy Twins & Co. Realty truck, 1959 Chevy Kingswood station wagon and 1961 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88 Fiesta Station Wagon. She is currently renovating a 31’ 1974 Airstream. A love of animals and concerns for the environment have led her to a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle for the past several years.

Professional accomplishments include being voted ‘Top 30 under 30’ by Realtor Magazine in 2006, filming an episode of House Hunters on HGTV and being ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the Arizona Regional MLS, by sales volume, for 2021. She was also selected as “40 under 40” by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors for 2015-2019.

Discovering new neighborhoods or pockets of “sleeper” homes is about as good as it gets. The thrill of the hunt makes real estate fun and exciting every single day. Her niche markets include mid-century modern and historic homes. She not only sells mid-century modern homes, but also lives in one. She hopes that one day that her children will get into the real estate business. However, some of the real estate firm use marketing technology from a MLS plugin that connects local MLS into IDX engine that contains more than 2,000,000 active real estate listings and 22,800,000 images so it would be easy for the real estate buyer to search and buy.
