Jennifer has lived, worked, and raised her family in San Francisco for almost 30 years, honing skills that she now uses as a well-equipped adviser and advocate for her clients.
Before discovering her passion for real estate, she was an EPA scientist where regulatory and investigative experiences focused a discerning eye on evaluating competing interests. Then working internationally, she shaped her negotiation skills fighting for clean water and worker protections in Asia, Latin America, and at home. Finally, she served the local community in her role as a Gap, Inc. Bay Area Giving & Volunteer Director.
This unique combination of work experience built the foundation for Jennifer to pursue a real estate career. She began in 2011, on her former realtor® and mentor’s recommendation. He recognized Jennifer’s raw potential, as her caring, personable, and determined demeanor lends itself well to this profession. In addition to helping clients buy and sell real estate, she has pursued a passion for interior design, co-founding a successful home-staging and pop-art business. Her eye for aesthetics and design makes Jennifer an excellent style resource for her buyers and sellers. She can spot untapped value others might miss in a property and recognizes potential problem areas before they become genuine concerns. Jennifer intuitively knows the ripples and waves of the San Francisco housing market. Along with her in-depth expertise and comprehensive understanding of the market, Jennifer is a fierce negotiator on behalf of her clients’ interests. She works with first-time homebuyers, families with children, investors and empty nesters to help them strike the perfect balance between acquiring the home of their dreams and a worthwhile investment.
Jennifer is an active member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors® and serves on several board committees focused on making real estate more accessible and making San Francisco an even better place for all who are lucky enough to call it home. But for Jennifer, the best part of going to work each day is the opportunity to see the smiles on her clients’ faces. Jennifer takes care of her clients from start to finish, whether by walking first-time buyers through a challenging market, or triple-checking that her sellers haven’t left anything to chance.
Jennifer is an ardent philanthropist whose credits include serving as a board member on the San Francisco Children’s Council, San Francisco Day School, and the Children’s Creativity Museum, formerly Zeum. In her free time, you might find Jennifer playing tennis, watching baseball, paddle boarding, or feeding her passion for British mysteries. Jennifer is a former marathon runner and counts her trans-America bike trip among her proudest achievements, second only to raising her two sons, both now attending college. Jennifer’s husband is a Bay Area native who works as an attorney. Although their sons are grown, he continues to coach youth baseball. Jennifer and her husband are proud and enthusiastic San Franciscans. Jennifer knows the pulse of the community and the real estate market and is ready to invest her passion and expertise in your dreams.
