About Jennifer

Jennifer entered the world of residential and commercial real estate nearly 20 years ago and has been a consistent top performing agent in the Charlotte region each year since. Prior to joining Corcoran HM Properties in early 2022, Jennifer was a leading Broker/Realtor® at the Allen Tate Company, the fifth largest independently owned real estate firm in the U.S. Within her first five years, she grew her business to become the #1 closed volume agent in the region and continued to finish in the top 5 percent of the Allen Tate Company each year. Even during challenging market conditions, Jennifer consistently performed well. She is an active member of the Commercial and Residential Boards of Realtors® and has been featured in the ‘Charlotte Business Journal’ “Commercial Quarterly” as an industry leader and has been awarded the CRCBR’s “Deal Makers Silver Award.”

Jennifer is extremely active in the community and an active member of the Mint Museum Auxiliary, Bechtler Museum’s “Firebird Society,” Queens University “The Learning Society,” and Music with Friends. She has also served on the boards of many non-profit organizations including The Patriot Charities which aids wounded military members and their families returning to North and South Carolina. In 2015, she helped orchestrate a merger with another charity to form the Patriot Military Family Foundation and was on the Board of Trustees and the Finance Committee. Jennifer has also served the business community and was on the Economic Development Committee for the “Navigate Cornelius” project which established the 2030 small area plan and framework for future development in the Cornelius area. In addition, she is a founding member of the “LKN Real Estate Alliance.”
