Jen is the best realtor we have EVER had the pleasure to deal with. She listened to our needs, which is the key to finding a home you will love. This is our fourth home and so many realtors will show you what they want you to buy, not what you want to buy. Not Jen, she went above and beyond and her patience is phenomenal. Aside from patience, she is incredibly experienced and very honest. You can trust her, she will not steer you wrong. But her wonderful service doesn't end at the time of signing - she is still in touch with us, making sure that we are happy and seeing if we need help with anything. We can't say enough good things about Jen she is simply the best and she is our realtor for life - we will never go to anyone else. Thank you Jen from the bottom of our hearts!

I have had to deal with several realtors in the past 5 years and I have never worked with someone so attentive and responsive and who really looked out for my best interests and advocated for me at every turn in the home hunt and purchase process. Jen was exceptional and I recommend her to anyone, especially a first time home buyer who may not know all the things to look out for. She will hold your hand through the process and make sure you are taken care of.

If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

If you’re looking for a Realtor in Jax look no further! I had the pleasure of working with Miss Jennifer Joseph and she was amazing through the entire process. Anyone who has purchased a home knows how time consuming this process can be, so having an experienced Realtor helps! Jen, allowed me to take my time and really search through the home listings, for the property that would meet my needs. She always assured me that I didn’t have to rush with her and what is meant to be will be. Jen, even had all the resources I needed on hand, so once I finally chose a property I liked, the Mortgage banker had my pre-approval ready within minutes and I was able to place my offer to the Sellers the same day. I was very pleased with my overall experience from start to finish, there were no hiccups. With that being said, I am so elated that I found the perfect home, for a great price and in the perfect location, right by St. John’s Town Center! Whooo hooo, my journey has now come to an end and today I am offically a home owner. Thank you Jen, for all your hard work!!!! ❤️🎉☺️

Jennifer Joseph and I met in April 2018 when I was looking for a realtor who could help me evaluate an abused rental property. Ever since then she has always been very pleasant and professional and has responded to every email and call promptly.

When the renovated house first went on the market in July of 2018, I decided to go with a discount listing company instead of Jen. My mistake! After six months of very little activity and several price drops, I realized that I needed to change my approach. At that point I could have gone with anyone, but Jen’s persistent and genuine friendliness and true desire to help me made my decision to call her a very easy choice.

She got the listing in January and her multi-layered marketing approach generated more interest in a few weeks than I had seen in the previous months. In March of 2019 Jen let me know there was an offer. Needless to say, I was excited at the prospect of a sale. Then she let me know of a second offer on the same day!

Her skill at negotiating between the two offers resulted in the sale price holding firm and meant several thousand dollars more in my pocket. Oh, and because I was out of the country, Jen also stepped up and handled several local issues I could not attend to.

Bottom line, Jennifer Joseph is professional, knowledgeable, persistent, easy to work with…and gets results!
