We met Jennifer early in August to go over the selling process and potential price points. She immediately showed us that she was knowledgeable and motivated, explaining to us that she could sell our house for us well above what we were originally hoping (and she followed through). She’s clearly very experienced. What blew us away the most is that she took care of EVERYTHING for us when it came to fixing our property to make it sell. She even fronted us money to make small house repairs. She hired her own contractor, masonry, used her own preferred companies to get every last detail perfectly taken care of. We didn’t have to think about a thing. Her amazing contractor even let us pay him after closing. She is an incredibly hard worker and it felt as though we were in the forefront of her mind the whole time. We were so pleased with our entire experience with her! She even set us up with a buyers realtor where we were moving.

I've had Jennifer Juliano as our buyer agent 10 years ago and she did such an awesome job (finding the perfect home for us while I was still living abroad and handling pretty much everything for me remotely) that the only person we could entrust the process to sell our 5 bed, 4 bath colonial home recently was Jennifer, this time around as our seller agent. She not only is super knowledgeable about the market, but extremely responsive, patient and coupled with expertise in how and when to get the best value. She assisted us throughout the entire process, even picking the best colors for house paint, lighting choices and getting it staged and photographed so beautifully that got our home sold within days. Jennifer is hands-down the best realtor I've worked with so far. She is very friendly and detail-oriented. She has been both my buyer and seller's agent, helping me find my dream home and sell my previous condo.

Jennifer was amazing throughout the whole home buying process. We worked with Jennifer in the capacity of both buyer's and seller's agent as we sold our home and searched for a new one that was more suitable for our 4-year-old. At the same time we were selling a rental property so I was completely overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done. Jennifer was an incredible resource throughout the process, continously reminding me of what needed to be done to stay on schedule, and communicating with my lawyer and the listing agent for the rental property to ensure everything was proceeding as planned. She has impressive knowledge of school systems and other factors that go into deciding where to buy, along with a network of service providers/contractors (which came in handy when my septic tank failed Title 5 and had to be replaced).
