Incredible realtor! Jenny is knowledgeable, experienced, and accommodating. She was very responsive to us when we had questions, and she was good at knowing when and how to tactfully communicate with the other agent who represented the party who was selling a house to us. Thanks to Jenny’s guidance and support, we beat out over two dozen other offers and got our contract accepted for the house of our dreams!

Originally from Maryland, I recently moved to Norfolk after being accepted at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Since I was not familiar with the area, I was given Jenny's contact information and reached out to her regarding apartments for rent that would fit my student loan budget.

From the moment I met her, she has been nothing but helpful and thorough. She was available any time that I needed her and always gave phenomenal advice. In no time at all she found the perfect apartment and we were able to quickly lock the place down and sign the lease.

However, a year later, my roommate and I were forced to find a new place to rent after the owners of the apartment decided to sell it. With less than 30 days to find a suitable place, we contacted Jenny once again. At the drop of a hat, she responded immediately and sent us a myriad of amazing places for rent. When we found the perfect one for us, she rushed over - with her young daughter in hand because she had just picked her up from school - in order for us to complete the walk through and submit an offer. Thankfully, because of her perseverance, we were able secure the new apartment with only weeks to spare before our lease ended.

I cannot recommend Jenny enough to those that are looking for places to buy or rent in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area!

Wow! Jenny made buying my condo such a breeze, She was professional and personal. She explained ev erything in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer and working with the mortgage lender.
