Jennifer Keathly

Jennifer has been a part of the Ellis County community for 22 years giving her an edge regarding the slower-paced country life of the area. Jennifer started her career in real estate in 2008 beginning with investments, buying/rehab, and selling properties, then went on to become a licensed agent in 2013. She joined the Remax Town and Country Team and became a Top 10 listing agent for 5 quarters, bringing her to a whole new level with a commitment to helping others find a home or property of their dreams. Opening the doors to Texas Premier Realty North Central Texas Group in March of 2017 allowed Jennifer, along with her Realtor husband Eric, to fully implement her commitment to listening to her potential homebuyers with compassion and logic, acting with clients’ best interests at heart, instilling confidence that nothing will be overlooked in order to meet those needs. Jennifer is in the top 10% of Texas Premier Realty in the state of Texas. Jennifer currently represents 4 builders on plan development. She provides knowledge of real estate helping to sell homes by developing pricing strategies to guide in setting prices and has increased the prices of homes for a builder by 12%. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys family activities with her grown daughter Erica and her husband and business partner Eric, travel, and being a doggy mom to her 2 fun-loving Dobermans.
