Jen has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, as well as serving as Rich's assistant over the past 10 years. Rich and Jen have built their real estate business through the cultivation of long-term client relationships, rather than invoking a traditional transaction-based business model. Their main directive is to help each of their clients devise an individualized plan to meet both their short and long-term financial goals through real estate acquisitions and sales over time.

Jen's background is in Education (Rich's is in Finance) and together they seek to provide exemplary industry and market knowledge; be easily accessible and communicative; and liaise their clients with local network resources in construction, lending, property management and more in order to meet and exceed each of their client's expectations throughout the home buying, selling and/or investing process.
