Hello! I am an Ohio real estate agent serving Dayton, Cincinnati, and surrounding areas. I have over 20 years experience in mortgage banking, specifically default loans including short sales, retention, and liquidation. I also spent several years of my career in banking working in risk management, audit, and working as a project manager and business analyst.
For my buyer clients, my years of banking experience can help you throughout the overwhelming process of obtaining a loan. If you are interested in selling your property, I can help too! I have a buyers eye and can give you the tools to be successful in selling your home. I also have a Masters degree from the University of Dayton in Business Education with my undergrad in Communication from Miami University. My education background reflects how I work with my clients- I will keep you informed, educate you on the process, and keep the lines of communication open. I am available to help from the beginning of the process, contract, closing day, and even after closing. If it's years later, I'm still available, always!
In addition to real estate, I am a wife, mom to five children, and dog mom to 4 huskies. In my free time you can find me cheering on my kids while they play soccer, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, band, and color guard. I also enjoy coaching color guard and working as a volunteer with my kids' youth activities.
