In a general basis knowing your preference on community living, or if you prefer to be by the water, or if you have social desires, a golf requirement, an acreage need (if any), pets, school zone need, etc. After this first session, I jump in to do the research and send you some information to review then we connect again virtually and coordinate the next step.
