Born in beautiful La Jolla, California, Jennifer spent her earliest
years living in La Costa, CA, with her parents before moving to Salt Lake City, Utah. She still cherishes her time in Utah, where the stunning Wasatch Mountains and memorable days in Park City remain among her fondest memories. At just two years old, a simple Shetland pony ride at Knott’s Berry Farm lit the spark for what would become her lifelong love of horses. Throughout her childhood, Jennifer often chose the stables over the golf course, eagerly trading fairways for trails. She began formal riding lessons in high school after relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona, and today still rides her horse three times a week, balancing her equestrian passion with her thriving real estate career. Whether she's at the barn riding her horse and enjoying nature, or walking her two Standard Poodles, Jennifer finds joy and renewal in the simple beauty of being outdoors. Jennifer began her real estate journey in 2010, working alongside her mother, Charlene, as both an assistant and a Real Estate Agent. Over the years, she has mastered every facet of the business, from managing complex paperwork and coordinating home searches to guiding clients seamlessly through the buying and selling process. Her eye for detail, adaptability, and calm demeanor make her an invaluable partner to anyone navigating the real estate market. Since 2010, Jennifer has also been the Assistant to her father, Mike Malaska, one of the top Golf Instructors in the world. Supporting him in his global career has provided her with the opportunity to travel extensively, meet inspiring people, and gain a unique perspective on dedication, excellence, and success, insights she now carries into her own professional life. Having moved several times during her youth and spending three years living in Japan, Jennifer understands both the challenges of relocating and the joy of finding the perfect place to call home. Her love for history and travel has taken her across the globe to destinations like London, Paris, Switzerland, Ireland, and Hawaii, experiences that continue to shape her perspective and deepen her appreciation for diverse architecture and cultures. When she’s not working with clients or riding her horse, Jennifer enjoys time with her two beloved Standard Poodles, who are as much a part of the family as anyone. Her deep love for animals reflects her naturally caring and compassionate spirit.
