Born in beautiful La Jolla, California, Jennifer spent her earliest years living in La Costa, CA, with her parents before moving to Salt Lake City, Utah. She still treasures her time there, where the breathtaking Wasatch Mountains and memorable days in Park City created some of her fondest childhood memories. At just two years old, a simple Shetland pony ride at Knott’s Berry Farm sparked what would become a lifelong passion for horses. Throughout her childhood, Jennifer often chose to go to the horse stables over the golf course, trading fairways for trails whenever she could. After relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona, she began formal riding lessons in high school and she continues riding three times a week balancing her equestrian passion with a thriving Real Estate career. Whether she’s at the barn riding or walking her two beloved Standard Poodles, Jennifer finds renewal and inspiration in the beauty of the outdoors. Jennifer began her Real Estate career in 2010, working alongside her mother, Charlene, as both a Real Estate Assistant & Licensed Real Estate Agent. Over the years, she has mastered every facet of the business from managing complex contracts and coordinating home searches to guiding clients seamlessly through the buying and selling process. Her meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and calm, reassuring demeanor make her an invaluable advocate in today’s dynamic market. Since 2010, Jennifer has also served as an assistant to her father, Mike Malaska, who has been recognized as being among the Top Golf Instructors in the world. Mike is also a recipient of the PGA of America’s highest honor, PGA National Teacher of the Year (2011). Having moved multiple times throughout her youth, including three years living in Japan, Jennifer understands firsthand both the challenges of relocation and the joy of finding the perfect place to call home. Her love of history and travel has taken her across the globe to destinations such as London, Paris, Switzerland, Ireland, and Hawaii experiences that have deepened her appreciation for architecture, culture, and timeless design. True to her name, which means “gracious,” Jennifer approaches every client relationship with empathy, integrity, and personalized care. For her, Real Estate is more than a transaction it is about building trust, creating opportunity, and helping people find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
