Jennifer Marsh

Jennifer Marsh is a dynamic real estate professional with experience in business and new construction that can be particularly beneficial to buyers and sellers of Westchester. After graduating from Northeastern University in 1994, Jennifer ran her family business and then helped create a successful startup in the highly competitive restaurant sector. The company went public in 2003 and Jennifer decided to apply her work ethic, organizational skills, and savvy strategizing to work in all aspects of real estate.

Instantly successful, Jennifer was chosen as Rookie of the Year, by the Westchester County Board of Realtors in 2006. She has gone on to be an award winner annually since beginning her real estate career. Jennifer and her husband have built and sold several new construction homes in the area, so she can put her intimate knowledge of best building practices to work for her clients in that area. Her two young daughters have added to her knowledge of all things "children" in the area. Jennifer's strong sense of community drives her and her family to volunteer for many events and organizations. With Jennifer's ability to speak fluent Spanish, she thrives on bringing communities together.
