Jennifer Massa

I am a proud Colorado native who grew up in Littleton and have spent most of my adult life in the Arvada area. After attending CU Denver School of Dental Medicine, I earned a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2009. For several years, I worked as a Hygienist in the Arvada area until the birth of my fourth child. Prioritizing the need for being fully present for my family allowed me the opportunity to actively engage in the PTA board at their school and volunteer in their classrooms, enriching both my family life and community involvement.

In 2016, my husband and I ventured into the realm of hospitality by purchasing two Short Term Rentals in Winter Park, CO. Managing these properties independently has been a fulfilling endeavor as I take joy in hosting families spend time together, creating lasting memories all under one roof.

My passion for real estate was ignited through assisting my parents in finding their forever home and my experience exploring various neighborhoods for my own family home. After spending countless hours browsing homes online, attending open houses just for fun, and familiarizing myself with local communities, I recognized my knack for identifying the "perfect home." This realization led me to pursue a career in real estate, and I became a licensed Real Estate Broker in March of 2024.

Having lived in multiple areas on the west side of Denver, I possess a profound understanding of the neighborhoods and their unique offerings. I am committed to providing my clients with response times are quick and that I am easy to reach throughout the home buying/selling process. I prioritize clear communication and being a strong listener to foster a successful Broker-Client relationship.

Guiding individuals on their journey to homeownership brings me immense joy, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help people find a place they can truly call home
