Jennifer McBroom

Jennifer McBroom has been an agent with Coldwell Banker (formerly Russell and Jeffcoat) since moving to from Charlotte, NC to Columbia SC, in 1999. Jennifer has successfully marketed five new construction neighborhoods including: Willowbrook (downtown), Laurel Hill (downtown) and St. Andrews Place (St Andrews/Irmo), McCants Townhomes and Rosewood Hills in Downtown Columbia. Jennifer has created a niche in downtown Columbia and is well known as "The Downtown Specialist". While focusing on the downtown area, Jennifer is also an expert on many areas of town including West Columbia, Cayce, the Northeast, and Lexington.
