Jennifer was truly an exceptional agent. Her responsiveness when we decided to upgrade homes was almost instantaneous! Not only did she get an offer written on our dream house with little notice, but she was able to get our first home on the market quickly! She was so knowledgeable on the market that she knew just what to do to get us an above asking offer so that we could get our dream home!

She was straightforward explaining the process of buying and selling simultaneously and the communication was unparalleled. We knew what our next steps were the entire process and it helped alleviate so much stress. Jennifer made what could have been a stressful process as easy as possible through communication, market knowledge, strategic mindset, and work ethic.

I’m forever grateful that she helped make our dreams a reality. I’ll recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell because I know she has exceptional value to her clients.

UPDATE— This is the second time we have worked with Jennifer as our realtor. This time she helped us buy a home. In todays market, home buying is tough but Jennifer made the process SO easy for us. She works hard to make sure you get the right home. Day or night, she was available to answer 100 questions or listen to our concerns. She made sure all paperwork is accurate and has our best interest in mind first and foremost. Since we are a military family, she did all of this while we were hundreds of miles away. She is also extremely knowledgeable in how the process works so she can walk you through every step and make it easy to understand. Hands down, Jennifer is the BEST there is!

We can’t say enough good things about Jennifer as a person and real estate agent! Jennifer sold our home in Tennessee and did an outstanding job. We were hesitant about the process especially because we are military and live in a completely different state. Jennifer did all of the leg work for us and took all of the stress away. Because of Jennifer, our home was under contract for full asking price within a week and we even had a full offer within the first 24 hours! Jennifer handled everything for us while we were hundreds of miles away. She was always available and spent hours with us on the phone answering questions and going over numbers so we could understand. She communicated every step of the way, day and night. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and always had our best interests in mind. She reviewed all of the fine print in the mountain of paperwork so we could be confident when signing documents. I though the home selling process would be a stressful ordeal, but Jennifer made it smooth and easy for us. I am so thankful we had her on our side! If you are military or out of town, she will help you sell your home and you don’t even have to be there in person!
