Jennifer helped my wife and me purchase our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable in the industry! She really does care about her line of work. My favorite part about working with her was that I didn't feel like I was working with a saleswoman but I felt as if I was having a friend sell me a house. Jennifer was my agent when I had to sell my brother's small Janesville home following his unexpected death. She was compassionate and patient as we navigated an incredibly difficult time in our lives.
We are from out of state so we had no idea how to price this house. Two agents told us to sell it low, as a rental. Jennifer walked through and said, "No, this house is worth much more than that." We were skeptical, but we took her advice and priced the home at twice what the other agents recommended.
On Super Bowl Sunday, we had an offer before kick-off. We had two more offers by half-time, with Jennifer juggling and negotiating. Before the final score was posted, we accepted a clean offer that was $5,000 over asking price - $65,000 over what the other agents had planned to list it at! Needless to say, we were thrilled.
As law firm owners, we have literally worked with more than 75 real estate agents over the years: We would recommend Jennifer without hesitation.

Jennifer was great to work with. As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions and Jennifer always had time for me. She really made this experience enjoyable and much less stressful because I knew she had my back and my best interest in mind at all times.
