I have enjoyed working w Jennifer Nolan on our last investor purchase together despite it not closing. The buyer defaulted. Jennifer did everything she could to save the deal. She worked around the clock communicating between all parties from Contract to Close the entire transaction. I look forward to our next purchase together. I would highly recommend Jennifer.

Jennifer is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
She helped us purchase a home in the height of the market. With 19 offers on the home of our dreams, she was able to get our contract noticed by the sellers and ultimately they accepted our offer!
The whole process from house hunting to settlement was a breeze and she was always available to answer questions or meet us anytime to show us homes.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jen was amazingly responsive when I needed her most. Buying a home, whether for personal reasons or investment purposes is all about speed and attention to detail when it comes to your agent; Jen exuded both qualities. For this reason, we won out on our purchase and the rest is history.

Even after closing, Jen remained a valuable resource for future searches in the immediate present and she has been an invaluable resource going forward as we continue to grow our portfolio beyond the location where we started.
