The most impactful lessons in life are usually the simple ones. When Jennifer was growing up in rural Delaware County, she never imagined she would be destined for the world of residential real estate. Her Dad was in the timber industry, and her Mom stayed home to raise Jennifer and her brother and sister. Back then, 4-H was a big part of her life. In addition to her sewing and cooking projects, she traveled across the country showing her Jersey dairy cows. Her upbringing taught her the simple lessons of life; most importantly how to work hard, take pride in what you do, how to compete, and how to lead. During this time, she was fortunate enough to have all 4 of her grandparents living nearby - each sharing their wisdom with her. She remembers fondly a saying her Grandfather often repeated: "Good things are rarely cheap, and cheap things are rarely good."
It was actually those same life lessons that prompted Jennifer to enter real estate. She always appreciated homes and decor, so she had a natural interest in the profession. But it was when she needed a Realtor herself and had difficulty getting anyone to return her call, it was actually those life lessons that prompted her to become a Realtor. And since that day she has not looked back. In fact, she became so good at her craft that she attracted perhaps the most selective clientele of all...physicians. Their intensely busy schedules call for a real estate agent who carefully listens, anticipates their needs, and handles their expectations without unnecessary intrusions into their workday. They need someone they can rely on to properly handle any situation. Those physicians definitely found the right Realtor, and it's how she earned the moniker, "Your Real Estate Remedy".
Jennifer's achievements include selling $14 million in real estate in a single year. She is also a member of the $50 Million Dollar Club. It turns out, the hard work ethic she learned as a child prepared her exceptionally well to serve clients who perhaps need her the most. She is known for handling the headaches of home buying and selling for physicians and their families, so they can focus on their profession and patients. She is considered a sought-after Realtor for physicians, and focuses on helping those who live in areas such as Dublin, New Albany, Powell and Upper Arlington.
She lives in Powell with her husband, Kevin, whom she says ‘grounds her' because he is so kind, calm and steady. She has four grown children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys supporting her Ohio State Buckeyes and baking pies, which are widely known as a ‘guaranteed remedy for whatever ails you'. Her main goal in real estate is to deliver service so unparalleled that she gains the respect of the most selective clients.
