After relocating to New York with her husband, Jennifer decided to leverage the skills she gained through practicing law to start her own real estate business. Practicing real estate allows Jennifer to do what she loves most -- engage with people and help them achieve their goals, whether it be purchasing their first home, selling their home, finding a promising investment property, or purchasing land to develop.
Jennifer excels at understanding the needs and wishes of potential buyers. Past clients can attest to her ability to balance what they desire in a property with their financial profile, and to find and negotiate the best deal for them. She also provides sounds advice, analysis, and marketing strategies to those selling a home. Jennifer is savvy with social media, a critical communication and marketing tool in the real estate industry today.
In addition to real estate sales, Jennifer has firsthand experience in assessing and increasing a home's value through renovation, as well as with purchasing a property and building from the ground up.
Jennifer's family has lived in the Sound Shore Westchester area since the 1940s. Her husband grew up in Rye and his parents still live there today. As a result of her family's history in the area, she has a deep affinity for, and understanding of, the communities she serves.
Jennifer and her husband have a three-year-old son and a baby girl and look forward to raising their family in the area and continuing to be active participants in the community. Since moving to Westchester, Jennifer has been involved in supporting the children of Rye and beyond as a member of the Woman's Club of Rye, Children's Philanthropy. She is also a member of the Rye Library Auxiliary Board, serves as an elder on the Session for Rye Presbyterian Church, and is a member of the Board of Rye Presbyterian Nursery School.
