Jennifer retired from working with students that were blind and visually impaired as an itinerant teacher in the public school system in south-central Wisconsin and they decided to take an adventure with Jesus to Middle Tennessee, which is now their home! She became a realtor out of her love of real estate and for people. She brings an honest, hard-working, sensitive, and effective passion for nurturing couples, families, and individuals in finding the home that is right for them. In the type of housing market, they have here in Middle Tennessee, many qualities are important in a realtor. Jennifer Resnick of Reliant Realty helped us find and buy an investment home in the College Grove area in Williamson County, TN. She helped pinpoint the area that met our requirements and found us several awesome homes to choose from. Since my wife and I have extremely busy schedules, Jennifer was gracious about adjusting her schedule to match ours which made all the difference to us. Jennifer helped us get answers to all of our questions from the builder, HOA association, insurance company, fire department, and utility companies. She stayed on top of all details and deadlines to make sure our closing went smoothly. Jennifer is friendly, knowledgable, incredibly helpful, and professional. We cannot thank Jennifer Resnick and Reliant Realty enough for a great experience. We are definitely using them again in the future.
