In 2001, my husband and I made the best decision of our lives and moved to San Marcos to start a family. During our early years in San Marcos I earned a degree in Geography from Texas State concentrating in Urban and Regional Planning with a minor in Nature and Heritage Tourism. San Marcos was the perfect case study for both of these accomplishments. As our children, Troy and Summer, have grown and thrived in San Marcos so has the community itself. My experience and education allows me to truly understand the nature of our growth and the true value nature has in our community. As a licensed REALTOR® I look forward to sharing knowledge through service. I currently serve on the City of San Marcos Commission on Children and Youth. The role of the commission is to "Represent the voices of the youth in the community and advise elected officials and other policy makers about issues affecting and of interest to youth, offer policy-making recommendations on issues affecting youth, identify youth issues that need community attention, and perform tasks and work on projects of the San Marcos Commission on Children & Youth."
