I am a California native and have resided in Carlsbad for the past 30+ years. Carlsbad is ‘home’ to me.
I found my way into the real estate industry over 20 years ago. With every new home that came on the market, I would visualize what it might look like with a fresh coat of paint, new curtains and flowers in the front yard! Then I discovered there was even more! I have found it is the beautiful client relationships that provide the greatest satisfaction and joy for the work I do each day.
I love that each transaction offers an opportunity to sharpen my skills and knowledge. Because I am a real estate professional, I proactively anticipate each step of the selling process to produce a seamless transaction, with the goal of creating dreams come true for each and every wonderful client I serve.
Several years ago, I worked with seniors and their families as they navigate the challenges and difficult decisions that must be made when independent living is no longer an option. With that knowledge, I am able to help seniors as they downsize and seek appropriate housing with whatever season it is in their life. Above all, seniors need to be received with love, empathy and understanding.
Since I live in Carlsbad, I am well acquainted with the area and neighboring cities. Naturally, I want to focus my efforts in the north county area that I know and love.
The greatest advice I recently heard is “Take time to care and laugh. That is the secret.” I believe this is the secret to living well!
I love trying lots of new hobbies, especially now that I am an empty-nester with more time on my hands these days! Most recently, I enjoy painting, pickle ball, tennis and riding my e-bike all over town! Other fun includes taking my dog for long walks, cooking new recipes I’ve never tried before, and dreaming up home improvement projects around the house! But most of all, I am a family gal and love more than anything to hang out with my three grown sons, their special ladies, and my fiancé, too.
