Jennifer was well informed, professional, helpful, prompt, and responsive. She made the difficult process of selling my Dad's house much easier than I expected. She gave me great referrals to professionals to stage, landscape, and haul off junk. When I had a question about the work of a referral she followed up immediately. She advised us how to price right for the local market and created a marketing plan that brought in multiple full price plus offers in the first 24 hours of listing. I highly recommend Jennifer Schultz! She did such a great job we hired her to sell my Mom's house in Des Moines, to help us purchase a house in Issaquah and sell two houses in Bellevue. She has not disappointed even through some unexpected issues that have arisen!
