My experience as a seller with Jennifer was outstanding. I needed to sell my mother's house in Casa Grande while living in another state, and it simply would not have been possible without all the tireless effort Jennifer put in to get the home ready for listing and then sold. She is highly knowledgable about the local market and trustworthy local contractors, and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond, and I am very thankful we were fortunate enough to work with her.

This is only the 2nd time in about 8 years I have given someone a written review. Jennifer went above and beyond and then some helping us sell our property in Casa Grande. We live in Wisconsin and this did not help in selling our property in Casa Grande. We encountered so many problems. We had to find reliable contractors to repair, replace, clean up etc. Everything had to be completed before the house could even be shown. If these contractors knew that we lived in Wisconsin they could have really taken advantage of us. Everything was so overwhelming. Who do you trust?? The answer was Jennifer. She was our guardian angel. She handled it all, finding, scheduling and going over to the house so many times to inspect everything. If you did not know any better you would have thought it was her property. She was just awesome. We do not think of her as our realtor but as our friend who just happens to be a realtor.
If you sign up with her you will have “peace of mind.” That’s a given.

Posting for my sister in Casa Grande, AZ. AFTER my sister moved from AZ to WI, Jennifer independently handled the entire sale of my sister's home from appraisal, inspection, contracting repairs, listing, selling (of course), and closing while keeping my sister apprised. All signatures were done securely on the internet while we baked cookies!

Jennifer was top notch from start to finish and even after closing on our home. She fought for us against the builder and lender when corners were being cut and things were being changed against our wishes. Jennifer was referred to me by my son and at first I was not sure who I was getting. I can’t express enough in words how much Jennifer helped my sister and I. Our wonderful 96 year old mother had passed away and we had the dire responsibility to put her home up for sale! In walks Jennifer(our Angel) and took the reigns with all her expertise. We are so thankful for her and I don’t believe anyone would have done the job as excellent as she did. She was there for us 24/7 with no if’s ands or buts. She made sure we were always aware of the market or what other realtors were saying about our listing. She was on the ball setting up appointments for whatever had to be done. She had our home under contract within approximately 45 days of putting it on the market. We can’t thank her enough for all the work that goes thru with selling a home(which is a lot). She took care of everything like an expert! Besides doing her job, she always had a smile on her face and willing to go the extra mile for us. She is a wonderful person and hard worker. My wife and I have been in and out of the market for almost 4 years. Jennifer has stayed with us when others would have given up and moved on.
