Next to the emotional aspect of buying and selling real estate, data is what drives people to make decisions. If you want to know one of my secrets, I go into negotiations armed with data. Frankly, it makes my job easier since it’s hard to argue with the numbers.

Just as one gets wiser with age, one gets wiser with every year in real estate. I’ve become adept at overcoming difficulties since I’ve learned how to navigate most of them over the years. If I don’t have the solution, I likely know someone who does.
