Originally from central Indiana, Jen Tooley has called Middle Tennessee home since 2015. Before entering real estate, she worked as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, where she discovered her gift for guiding people through life’s most meaningful milestones. That same passion for walking alongside others during exciting transitions led her into real estate, where she quickly grew her business from the ground up after launching her career in 2016.
Jen is known as a creative problem solver whose motto is, “It’s figureoutable.” Clients describe her as approachable, fiercely ethical, and a strong advocate who brings unmatched determination and deep local knowledge to every transaction. Many of her long-term client relationships trace back to her early open houses — a testament to her commitment to connection and service.
As the leader of a growing office in Murfreesboro, Jen is equally passionate about mentoring agents, helping them gain confidence, and modeling the highest professional standards. Her long-term goals include cultivating a team of highly successful agents, championing ethical practice in the industry, and continuing to serve her community through her own thriving business.
Grounded in her Christian faith, Jen integrates biblical values into her work and life, aiming to leave a lasting legacy for her family. She and her husband, Drew, live in Murfreesboro with their three children. When she isn’t working, Jen enjoys retreating to Orange Beach, Alabama, where the sand and sea offer the perfect reset.
