Well, I could write a book - a most favorable book indeed - in celebration of the many positive attributes as a realtor and person that pertain to Jennifer Wardell. Real estate ethics, smarts, and hustle are what come to mind when thinking of Jennifer. You may find one or possibly two of those attributes among realtors (and sadly, it's always ethics that is the rarest) yet with Jennifer I was impressed on a daily basis by her constant display of all three. (And throw in patience as well. She must have answered hundreds of my questions as she held my hand through a lengthy process.) She's been at this for nearly thirty years, and it will become most obvious to you that she has amassed a complete text-book-like mastery of the details and minutiae of the real estate transaction. But perhaps more importantly, she brings a caring and ethics - ethics! - to her work. Furthermore, she's an honest broker not only with her client, but as well for the realtor and client on the other side of the transaction which is not only right and honorable, but it is smart as the processes of offer submissions and subsequent escrow are likely to be smooth and successful with an absence of trickery and/or missed attention to detail. Too bad more realtors (and people in general) don't exhibit the same behavior... Lastly, all of the above-mentioned would be well enough on its own but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that through the entire process of my real estate transaction, Jennifer was always cheerful, upbeat and positive! What a joy that is - especially with a process that can be most stressful (especially with realtors of lesser caliber, of which I have dealt in the past).
