As a certified Expert Psychological Stager®, Jennifer will consult with you & advise how to get your home photographed & marketed so that buyers have an easier time visualizing your home as their future home! Jennifer will invest in your listing by hiring a professional home photographer/videographer because your most valuable physical asset deserves to be shown in the best possible light. Nest will invest in paid social media marketing for your home to blast those beautiful home photos + videos out to potential buyers. If you are a buyer, Jennifer will take the guesswork out of the process by having an initial buyer consultation with you, making sure you feel comfortable & confident throughout the process. Once a house goes under contract, she will provide you with your own private website/dashboard keeping you updated with a timeline, so you know where you are every step of the way. After closing, she will be there for you as a resource for advice about the community, finding local vendors, or future real estate advice. Jennifer is a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) & the Central West Tennessee Realtors Association. She is a member of the Fellowship Bible Church in Jackson, where she sings on the worship team & leads Bible study. She is a Board Member at the Dream Center of Jackson. You might have seen her on TV singing on WBBJ's Gospel Showcase, Christmas at the Dixie, & ePlus Six in the City. She is married to Chas Weems, and they have a son - Burch & a Great Dane - Hamlet; both are pretty sweet.
