I found The Wemert Group when I inquired on a home on Zillow. I actually selected to be contacted by several different companies but the Wemert group called within an hour of my inquiry. They told me a realtor would be in contact with me about my needs the next day and Jennifer Elliott was right on time. We spent quite a bit of time discussing what I was looking for in a home, the area of town I was interested in and what I specifically did/did not want in a home. By the end of the day I was looking at listings in my area. I can highly recommend Jenny Wemert and her staff. We sold my husband's home with her in 2009 and now my home in August 2011. I was in the market for a Short Sale and had little time as the market conditions were improving, home prices and interest rates rising. I knew I needed help. I contacted The Wemert Group and from the first call felt completely at ease. Jenny Wemert's staff is the best in the business, and I was assigned Susan Ballou as my Buyer's Agent while Jenny handled the sale of my existing property personally. Now, to be completely up front, I am not the type of guy that writes reviews... for anything. But the outstanding service I experienced from Susan, Jenny and the team made this one a necessity. I have never been so well represented in any buying process as I was by these folks. They listened intently to what I wanted, tested their understanding with a couple of showings, then really got to work. Every home I was shown after that was pre-qualified against my criteria and a near miss, and then it happened... my dream home, on short sale, incredibly undervalued even in a depressed market, and these ladies knew it even before I did, and told me so when setting up the appointment to view. I still can't believe the deal they found for me. The short sale process itself and some challenges with the lender set the stage for a very stressful situation, but once again Susan and Jenny provided the write blend of level setting my expectations and fighting for the exact deal I wanted. I just moved in this weekend, and could not be more pleased with the home and how I was treated by The Wemert Group. Selling my existing home was even easier. Jenny coached me on market conditions and helped me determine a price. I thought we priced too high, but within 4 days, I had five offers at and one that was several thousand above my list price. I'll let you guess which one we took. The only negative I could come up with, is that I feel like these ladies know me now and since our deal is done, I have no good excuse to talk to Susan daily. She is an absolute treasure. Despite their assurances that they were just doing their job, I know that they and the entire staff went above and beyond any expectations that I had from a Realtor, and my expectations for Customer Service are extremely high. It is without hesitation that I recommend to any reader of this review who is buying and/or selling a home, the best Realtor in Orlando. The Wemert Group is a cut above the rest.

First off, I am a first time home buyer and I had no idea what I was doing. Wemert Group was recommended to me by my lender, and I saw they had excellent reviews all over the internet so I decided to give them a shot. I was soon connected with Cyndi Ansley, buying agent and her sidekick Jen Rigsby. Both Cyndi and Jen were extremely knowledgeable, and willing to do what it took to get us into a house in a tough market, where houses were getting multiple cash offers as soon the home was listed. Cyndi and Jen worked with our schedule and went out of their way to show us houses whenever we were interested, sometimes at odd hours. Cyndi also helped negotiate our repair work after the first inspection and likely saved us a ton of money. I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of the Wemert Real Estate Group. As a former administrator in both the military and education, I feel very qualified to make that judgment. What you get is a 13-15 person group that each specialize in a different aspect of your sale. They start with a professional photographer and a very detailed description and continue with a very comprehensive marketing plan. There is a steady flow of information so that you know exactly what is going on at all times. I had another real estate agent for six months and the house was shown three times. The Wemert Group was referred to me by a friend after a failed attempt at selling my home, which had been listed with another firm for 5 months without a solid offer. After meeting with Jenny and her colleague, Christine DiAngelis, they felt certain that with the right marketing strategy and an adjustment in the asking price, our home would sell. We became quick partners in the listing and showing of our home, offering to host open houses every weekend - sometimes staffing them ourselves. After 45 days or so, we received an offer from a buyer who offered a flexible and generous lease-back option so that we could remain put until our new home was built and ready to close. Due to the pressures and demands of the market, our own time sensitivities, and other factors, the sale price was lower than we wanted. Jenny presented a rational argument for accepting the offer, however, and we were able to move forward to close on the sale. Christine, for her part, was our partner on the buying side and did an excellent job in finding a home and carefully negotiating and communicating with our homebuilder sales staff. She was responsive and receives high marks for diplomacy.

Jenny helped my wife and I buy and sell a home in 2010. We bought a short-sale. Her knowledge of the process really helped us understand what we were getting into and where we were at each stage. I was not impressed with the realtor we had in 2002 when we bought our first house and admittedly was leery about the profession especially since the big runup and crash in the last couple years. Jenny was nothing like my previous experience. She sat down with us, used facts and figures, promptly responded to our calls and inquiries, and worked extra hard to make it all come together. The sellers had an attorney involved who was in south Florida. That didn't slow her down. She negotiated with the attorney and the sellers' agent on our behalf. In one case, I put her in a difficult situation where I asked for more from the sellers than the contract really allowed. She counseled me on the contract and yet proceeded to push the other side for what I wanted. She was undoubtedly working for us. When it came time to sell our home, her knowledge of the area and experience were invaluable. We had never sold a home before and needed this insight. What a time and market to pick. Jenny and her staff respectfully guided us through the process. They set up advertising and open houses. They gave us feedback from the showings in a spreadsheet. Christine DiAngelis was recommended to me through a friend who had recently purchased a home with her help. I sent her a text and we set up a meeting to talk about what I was looking for. I did some research and brought her houses I wanted to see. She was able to rule some out right away because she didn't think I would like the neighborhood or because of things listed on the secret realtor sheet that I wasn't privy to as a buyer. She humored my pickiness when she took me to a house that had everything I said I had to have, but I just didn't feel like it was the one. She steered us away from places we wouldn't like and focused on ones that were better suited. We ended up going with new construction, but even then she was helpful in determining whether the builder was offering a good deal or not.
