Jennifer and her family moved to Kitsap County after visiting on vacation in 2003. They fell in love with the intense beauty and majesty of the surrounding mountains, waterways, forests and wildlife as well as the number of outdoor recreational opportunities. They adore the community as well because it is diversified and has so much to offer.

Jennifer started her real estate career in early 2004. After spending 12 years at the previous Real Estate Company Jennifer needed more room for growth and in 2015 joined forces with both her current business partner Tim Roche and Real Estate Company RE/MAX Victory! The Company Jennifer works at is extremely important to Jennifer as she wanted to only work with a company that has values that match her own. She is passionate about finding the “right” home for her Buyer`s not just any home to make a sale. As for her Seller’s she has become well known as one of the best listing brokers in Kitsap County! She is unique in that she consults in staging, color and design and carefully pricing the property for optimal outcome both for value and shortest marketing time. Jennifer has pursued further education to allow her to specialize in certain areas to allow her to provide only the best service to you. She is a Managing Broker and is the only Master Certified Negotiations Expert in Kitsap County! She has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), SHS (Senior Housing Specialist) , CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) which is the highest national credential she can obtain. She is a state licensed Real Estate Instructor which allows her to share and hopefully spread her love for real estate to others Realtors.
