About Jennifer

Jennifer, a Southern California native, started her career in real estate sales in 2006. With a passion for helping people navigate the often-complex process of selling a home, she earned the Rookie of the Year her first year with Sotheby’s International Realty in Valencia, California.

Upon moving to Nashville, she continued to pursue her passion as a Nashville Realtor®.

She has had the pleasure of helping numerous homebuyers and sellers all over the Greater Nashville and Franklin areas. As she has done so, she has learned so much about what the various communities in the area have to offer and just how unique and special many of them are, not unlike her clients. Whether people are buying a home in Nashville or selling one, she credits her success to the fact that she listens. Many of the people she works with do not know the area. They are unsure where they want to live or which community best aligns with their personality, needs and lifestyle.

They turn to her to help them find that home and community they will absolutely love. By asking questions and learning about those she works with she’s able to go beyond, becoming a trusted guide through the buying and selling process. She never stops learning and growing to better serve her real estate clients. Just this year she completed the Franklin Ambassador Program to expand her already rich knowledge of the City of Franklin, Brentwood, and Williamson County.

Jennifer has earned many designations in her real estate career. The sought-after CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, and managers and brokers. ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. As well as the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and achieved Guild Recognition. Jennifer loves serving her community and is a member of the Downtown Franklin Rotary Group of Tennessee. She has served for Habitat of humanity build, Nest Project and starting to get involved in many others. She finds it extremely rewarding and humbling.

Jennifer services many counties Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, and Sumner County areas and loves the diversity that Middle Tennessee has to offer.
