Jennifer Yiu

Jennifer found her passion and love for Real Estate in 2002 while working full-time for an Architectural firm as a Project Coordinator and NYC Building Expeditor while attending Baruch College studying Real Estate & Development. Her extensive experience in Architecture and Building Department procedures led to a career in Construction Management - working for Bovis Lend Lease in 2006 and Tishman Construction/AECOM in 2010. Her proactive and dedicated strong work ethic led her to manage multiple fit-out projects for the Tishman Construction Purchasing Department.

In 2015, Jennifer resigned from Tishman Construction to explore a new segment in her career. She joined Keller Williams of Greater Nassau to help growing and aging families transition and find their dream homes. In 2 years, Jennifer received the Top Producer Platinum Award for Sales Volume and earned her Associate Broker License. In 2019, Jennifer and her team joined eXp Realty, the fastest-growing brokerage in North America. The company's top-tier technology best serves its client's needs. Jennifer is a certified Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
