Jennifer has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years and is also the owner of rental properties under Ziss Properties LLC. Throughout her career, she has genuinely enjoyed working with buyers, sellers, and tenants, building lasting relationships while learning their stories and family histories.
She began her career as an assistant to local commercial brokers, gaining valuable real estate knowledge that inspired her passion for helping others and contributing to the growth of the community.
In addition to real estate, Jennifer spent 18 years in healthcare administration—14 years with Rockford Health System/Mercy Health and most recently with SwedishAmerican/UW Health. This experience allowed her to care for others and further strengthen her connection to the community she proudly calls home.
Jennifer and her husband of 24 years, the local Porter Pipe & Supply representative, are lifelong Rockford residents. Together they enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, rehabbing homes, gardening, and exploring local cuisine.
