I cannot recommend Jenny Hensley enough! Jenny listed our last home, and was so helpful through the whole process. She helped us stage our house to show its full potential, arranged for high quality photos as part of her services, and ended up helping us get an offer during the first weekend we listed, well over asking price! She also helped us find our new home. She was so responsive and was always ready to show us a house that came available, even on short notice. Jenny is a great negotiator and was able to help us get our new home at a great price. She has also been able to connect us with fantastic professionals to help get us through the closing process, and to make needed repairs. Jenny is knowledgeable about the current housing market, quick to respond to her clients, a great negotiator, outgoing and friendly, and so helpful during the entire home buying or selling process. If you are looking for an agent, you won't be able to find a better one than Jenny!

If you are looking for the best in the business then look no further... Jenny made our home buying process SO smooth and enjoyable. I never thought I'd say a home transaction was fun but Jenny truly made it that. She has the best attitude and remained positive and optimistic throughout the whole process. She is SO well connected in the Triangle and has an incredible team behind her as well - lenders, handymen, inspectors, etc. You name it, she knows someone trustworthy to do it. We can't thank Jenny enough for what she has done for us and we're so excited to refer her to all of our friends and family!

Jenny worked as our buyers agent and helped us buy our current home. She was extremely easy to talk to and very professional with the whole process from explaining how the home purchase works, to what the current real estate market looks like. The communication was timely and efficient and she was very quick to setup showings for homes that were new to market which is very important in the fast-paced real estate market we are in (2023). She also has great contacts for the entire home-buying process (home insurance agents, home inspection agents, mortgage loan officers etc.) that took a lot off our plates in doing research. Working with a buyers agent was important to us since we were looking for a specific vision for our home beyond quick search internet results and Jenny could envision the same and helped filter our results to more realistic home options.

Jenny was fantastic during the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She did her homework by searching for homes that had those important features we wanted, while keeping the new home within our price range, and in the area that we wanted to live. She was so patient and compassionate during the crazy housing market that exists today. She never pressured or pushed us in our decision making, but only supported and provided her valuable insight. Jenny is the kind of professional and person that you will notice early that you can trust her, and we felt like she was a member of our family during the search and even afterwards.

On the sale of our home we were blown away with how many showings that she helped us get and the number of legitimate offers to purchase that we received.

We were straddling the fence on listing our home pre-pandemic, not quite ready with a list of action items to handle prior to selling. We ended up taking the year to improve our current property so that we can be ready to list in the coming months. Jenny has been beyond patient and helpful through this entire process, which quite frankly most RE agents are only interested in the quick sell. She has given honest opinions on upgrade projects and finishes and has continued to show us properties to keep us current on what the market has to offer. She has also helped us to prioritize our renovation projects and timeline so that we can get max value out of our current home, even connecting us with local contractors and suppliers.
