She took the time to explain everything, went to bat for us, she was always available, she treated me like her own daughter, and honestly made the process more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend Jenny Kindsfather as a potential realtor. From start to finish, she was very genuine, honest, caring, and totally responsive at every turn. Ours was a difficult situation with the main party in another state and the other party in another town in Colorado - talk about confusing for anyone, but not Jenny. She totally kept everything together and was VERY professional in every aspect. She offered great advice, which we followed, and the sale came in OVER the listing price. Woo hoo! We were so impressed by her staging and photos - phenomenal! 20 showings within the first 24 hours, house sold in less than a week, closing in less than 3 weeks. WOW! Jenny Kindsfather is AWESOME!!!! You won't regret checking her out.

Jenny rates an A++. She is not only very knowledgeable of the market, but patient and caring. My wife and I looked for a number of homes for which she provided Facetime tours as we were in Virginia and she is headquartered in Greeley, Colorado. She has a knack for understanding the desires/needs of her clients and provides quick answers to questions. She also living was able to provide a home inspector who was very thorough. Importantly, she has the experience to provide a client the critical information needed to close a deal in a widely competitive market.

We cannot say enough great things about Jenny! If you are looking for the best realtor in the area (who will work her butt off), Jenny is the right choice. Our family has worked with Jenny several times and each time, she is INCREDIBLE! She puts so much time and effort into all of her clients, creates beautiful marketing fliers and listings, and is one of the kindest people we know. Jenny is always responsive and if there is ever an issue with a transaction, she handles it quickly. We just moved out of state and plan to build our forever home so we don't need a realtor anymore, however, we were still heartbroken to leave Jenny. She is one-of-a-kind and you cannot find realtors like her very often. She is knowledgeable, familiar with the area, and she works with you the entire way through the transaction. She has made us feel like family and we will recommend her to anyone we know in the area!

Jenny sold several houses in our neighborhood, and that's how we heard about her.Jenny was great to work with! She has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Greeley and east of it. Having a great network of local business (painters, carpet cleaners, interior decorator), getting our house ready for sale was a quick and easy process, and their services were reasonably priced and promptly delivered. My fiancée and I were first time home buyers when Jenny helped us find our first home. She was so helpful with the entire process and made it so that we felt comfortable with making such a big decision in buying a home. All of the questions and uncertainties we had were answered, and we truly felt that she cared about us finding our perfect home.
