Jenny Liu is a highly passionate commercial real estate broker who is fluent in both English and Chinese. Over the course of Jenny’s 10+ year career in Real Estate, she has been working with predominantly Asian Investors and has developed a proven track record of helping investors buy and sell investment properties and grow their real estate portfolios in the United States. Jenny believes that to best help her clients succeed in real estate investing, the first step is to assist them in thoroughly understanding the current market. Jenny Liu strategically joined Marcus & Millichap’s Brown Retail Group in 2022 in order to allow her clients direct access to the highest quality inventory and specialized investment sales services. She is committed to providing her clients with industry leading market research, advisory, transaction services and maximum returns by leveraging her prior experience and partnership with Marcus & Millichap’s industry leading platform.
Along with her prior real estate experience, Jenny is also a managing partner at a local CPA office where she has developed extensive knowledge in real estate tax including cost segregation studies, 1031 exchanges, FIRPTA withholdings, long-term tax planning and foreign investment advisory.
Jenny Liu is a graduate of Missouri State University, where she earned an MBA degree in Marketing. In Jenny’s spare time, she loves cooking, hiking, camping, travelling, and spending time with family. rstand the market.
