Jenny went above and beyond for me in the sale of my home AND the purchase of my new home. This was a very emotional sale for me and Jenny was there through it all. Somehow in between all my tears, questions and emotional breakdowns, she found the perfect new home for me. She is extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and truly cares for her clients. Her attention to detail, communication skills and work ethic was amazing to witness.

I was in the market to buy ASAP and Jenny was fast acting, knew her material and was eager to help. She was extremely patient as I was picky with what we saw until we found the perfect one. She walked me through step-by-step as far as what to expect and what will be happening next in the process.

Jenny is very through and able to answer questions. She does not mind taking phone calls in the evenings. She is happy to explain anything that you don't understand in a way that is easy to comprehend. Very friendly and kind. Work really hard to make sure you have everything you need in the offer for your house! Loving my new home!

Jenny became part of our family and made selling our house her mission. She was proactive in every way possible.

In addition to the multiple calls and discussions with us to ensure we were fully aware of all showings and events around our home sale, Jenny also managed to do the little things that made us feel special. She highlighted our home on social media, took care of details that we could not, and consistently kept us in the fold.

Jenny is not transactional. She is about relationships. We are so thankful to her and will definitely be calling on her incredible services, again!

I am a first time homebuyer with no knowledge of the process. Jenny helped me through each step of the way from navigating the stipulations of a USDA loan, finding the PERFECT home for me and my family in a challenging market, understanding the lingo from lenders and contracts, all the way through to closing. So friendly, not pushy at all. Works with you to find your dream home within your budget, even in this crazy housing market! Gives honest advice and prioritizes your needs over the sale. She has lived in Madison County for a long time and is very familiar with different sides of the county! This is particularly valuable if you are new to the area. It's like home shopping with your new best friend. I would recommend her highly to anyone! I typically hate dealing with sales people in any business, but working with Jenny was so opposite from previous experiences. You need a real estate agent like Jenny in your court if you are looking to buy a home in Madison County!
